The Char Dham Yatra is one of the most famous pilgrimages in India. It involves visits to Kedarnath, Yamunotri, Gangotri, and Badrinath. All these temples are located in Uttarakhand and are very beautiful, tucked away in the Himalayan ranges. Every year, millions of pilgrims visit these places to take in the blessings of the deities. The Char Dham yatra has great significance in Hindu tradition and was first undertaken by the Pandavas. According to the holy scriptures, anyone who completes the yatra in the same sequence as the Pandavas did can attain salvation.
