The Integrated Grievance Redressal System Andhra Pradesh (IGRS AP) is an online platform introduced by the Andhra Pradesh Government to simplify property transactions and registrations. It offers services such as online property registration, Encumbrance Certificate (EC) searches, stamp duty and registration fee payments, market value assessments, and access to information on prohibited properties. For 2025, stamp duty rates in Andhra Pradesh are set at 5% of the property value, with an additional 1% as registration charges. Users can register properties, verify encumbrances, assess market values, and ensure properties are not prohibited, all through the IGRS AP portal.
