The crankshaft had to be taken out of the engine and moved to a workshop for traditional bench-type grinding. Crankshafts may be inspected, ground, and polished at the installation site without being removed thanks to our in situ crankshaft grinding machinery. This minimises downtime, transit, and disassembly. Our devices are appropriate for diesel engines, pumps, forging presses, turbines, alternators, fan shafts, and tail shafts and come in crankshaft diameters ranging from 35 mm to 700 mm. Onsite crankshaft repair is a workable alternative for worn-out or damaged crankshafts since the machines can preserve the dimensions, tolerances, and surface polish prescribed by the engine manufacturer.
