The Hoshizaki 428548-01 Modular Crescent Cuber pump impeller is used to pump water through the system by rotating the impeller in the pump housing in order to generate uniform flow. It operates by pulling in water in the middle and pushing it out through centrifugal force during the pumping. The impeller is mounted in pump housings.
